Mothers Day 2007

Spent time yesterday with some udder mothers








and their offspring








at the farm in Wilkesboro.

    Lovely scenery. I have never been up close and personal with a cow. I am reading Tess and she is a milkmaid--I think that is the closest I want to get...

  3. My husband's uncle is a dairy farmer (his farm is next door to this one) and he was kicked in the face by a cow several months back. Broke his nose.

    Tess had better watch out. ;)
