The cheapest used paperback copy of Peter Rushforth's out of print Kindergarten at Amazon's Marketplace is listed at $48. Today I lucked upon a pristine used copy of Kindergarten while looking for Pinkerton's Sister at the used bookstore up on Central. Cost me all of $5.50.
