Emmylou Harris: remembering her beautiful long brown hair in the 70s reminds me of Rita oolidge and her gorgeous hair (in the 70s), which made me think of Kris Kristofferson, singer/songwriter of Sunday Morning Coming Down, which must be the most depressing song about a Sunday morning ever written.
ReplyDeleteAnother song I lurve. I've never been able to decide whose version I prefer--Johnny Cash's or Kris' own. You've heard how network TV wanted Cash to change the line "wishing I was stoned" to "wishing I was home" when he sang the song on his show?
