There are more books to contemplate than stars in a night on the high seas. In this immensity, how is a reader to find his personal constellation, those books that will put his life in communication with the universe?

That's so beautiful.
Readers may need to have a certain amount of read-ar to help them in this regard.
I often find that books lead me to other books . . . if I'm paying attention and if I'm willing to trust the library angels or the gods of literature or perhaps the spirit of Jane Austen . . .
